Individuals, companies, and organizations come together to celebrate generosity and give back to their communities. ### Click below to donate and share the Facebook fundraiser. This year, with the onset of COVID-19, record heat waves, and the harsh wildfire season, we feel it’s more important than ever to bring a spark of joy and holiday cheer to as many as possible. The gifts bags will contain a mix of useful items, holiday treats, and a gift card to purchase whatever additional items each resident might need. ### **How to participate** - **Donate** on [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/donate/192824039063954/)or on our [website](http://bfhp.org/donate) on December 1st. - **Share your connection to BFHP on social media. ** Share the story of why you support BFHP (tag us and use the hashtag #GivingTuesday). - **Follow us** on [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/BerkeleyFoodandHousingProject/), [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/berkeleyfoodandhousingproject/), [Twitter](https://twitter.com/BerkeleyFood), and [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/berkeley-food-%26-housing-project/), and **Reshare** our social media posts. - **Start a fundraiser** on Facebook or Instagram: - **Facebook** - You can start a fundraiser for BFHP with 1 click by following [this link](https://www.facebook.com/fund/BerkeleyFoodandHousingProject/).  - [Click here for more info](https://www.facebook.com/help/356680401435429).  - **Instagram** - Stories - Tap your profile photo at the top left of the app that says "Your Story," then tap ![](https://blog.insighthousing.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Instagram-Smile-Icon.png) on any Story page and choose Donation Sticker. - When prompted, direct funds to @BerkeleyFoodandHousingProject - Click here for [more info](https://help.instagram.com/151273688993748). - Live - Tap ![](https://blog.insighthousing.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Instagram-Plus-Icon.png) at the top of the screen, then select Live in the bottom menu, then tap ![](https://blog.insighthousing.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Instagram-Heart-Icon.png) Fundraiser on the left. - When prompted, direct funds to @BerkeleyFoodandHousingProject - Click here for [more info](https://help.instagram.com/524668988444724?helpref=search&sr=1&query=donate%20sticker&search_session_id=6011f0cc1b6ad5c414d6fbb41e0020ea). --- ### Related Post [![](https://blog.insighthousing.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Facebook-Cover-Header.png?width=352&name=Facebook-Cover-Header.png)](https://blog.insighthousing.org/news-resources/giving-tuesday-november-30-2021) ##### [Giving Tuesday - November 30, 2021](https://blog.insighthousing.org/news-resources/giving-tuesday-november-30-2021) Our goal for this year's Giving Tuesday is to raise $5,000 to make the holiday season brighter...
